About The Product
This beautiful truffle is enrobed with 72% Bittersweet chocolate and filled with a dark chocolate raspberry ganache. It is lightly infused with Chambord, a raspberry liquor from France. No preservatives or artificial colors. Packed in a bulk pastry box. Great for weddings, and larger gatherings. Truffles are 1" in diameter and approximately 7/8" tall.
