About The Product
The best of both! Premium white chocolate covers an espresso ganache filling that is made with our darkest chocolate. Our white chocolate is of the highest quality and is not overly sweet. It also makes a beautiful truffle. We use bittersweet chocolate that gives a true dark cacao taste without being harsh. The combination of the sweeter white chocolate and the espresso filling is an outstanding combination. Gift boxed in a beautiful ballotin (a classically shaped box for truffles) and dark brown double-sided satin ribbon. Keep in a cool place if using within a few days, otherwise refrigerate up to 12 days. For optimum flavor, always bring to room temperature before consuming.
