About The Product
For our Creme Brulee Truffles, we replace the ramekin with our signature dark chocolate to make a more complete dessert.
French for “burnt cream”—a traditional creme brulee is made by covering rich vanilla custard with sugar that is then caramelized into a hard top. Beloved in France and served as a dessert in most French restaurants, creme brulee is served in a ramekin—a small, white serving dish. For our Creme Brulee Truffles, we replace the ramekin with our signature dark chocolate to make a more complete dessert.
