This fine yet intense, bitter and acidulous chocolate unveils the richness of the Grand Cru Criollo natural flavours keeping out any additives. The traditional gentle processing method unfolds the notes of coffee, plum, orange blossom and cinnamon whilst retaining a tart undercurrent.
