HAND-MADE IN BASEL, SWITZERLAND Fine single variety deep dark 88% cocoa chocolate made of Grand Cru Criollo beans grown south to the Maracaibo Lake in Venezuela. This fine yet intense, bitter and acidulous chocolate unveils the richness of the Grand Cru Criollo natural flavours keeping out any additives. The traditional gentle processing method unfolds the notes of coffee, plum, orange blossom and cinnamon whilst retaining a tart undercurrent.
