My biggest concern was the heat. I live in Florida and it's above 95 here. Let me say that the pretzels weren't melted one bit and were actually cool to the touch. If you live somewhere the temperature is above 95 you have the option to pay an additional 4 dollars to pack them with those liquid gel packs that you can refreeze. It is well worth it. I was absolutely impressed by these pretzels. The dark chocolate was so rich and delicious and perfectly worked with the salty crsip pretzels. I love chocolate pretzels and the dark chocolate was wonderful. It was well packed and despite the florida heat of 90, it managed to be delivered in tact and unmelted. I have to admit I was dubious ordering this over the internet. It's just almost impossible to find dark chocolate covered pretzels anywhere. Well, these came in a box with ice paks and the pretzels are awesome - really like them. Down to 2 bags left, so will be needing to order again soon.
