About The Product
We take our delicious 58.5% dark chocolate and mix it up with pistachios in a thin layer to make a heart healthy treat. Sold in quarter pound increments.
Here at the Dillsboro Chocolate Factory we make a wide range of chocolates, truffles and fudge including the ever popular quarter pound of dark chocolate Pistachio Bark. We start off using our single bean, 58.5% dark chocolate and combine it with Pistachios in a thin layler to make Dark Chocolate Pistachio Bark. Each Pistachio bark weighs one quarter pound and can be ordered indvidually or in bulk per your needs.
Dillsboro Chocolate Factory
Established in 1998 in the heart of North Carolina's Great Smoky Mountains, the Dillsboro Chocolate Factory creates fine hand crafted chocolates, truffles and great fudge. We use the finest ingredients in our products and our single bean (single source) Venezuelan chocolate is just the starting point for our tasty treats. Our milk chocolate is 41.5% cacao, our white chocolate is 32% coco butter and our dark chocolate is either 58.5% or 70% single bean cacao.
