About The Product
It is all about the chocolate. We temper and mold our rich dark chocolate (58.5 cacao) with pecans and creamy caramel in the shape of a real turtle. Turtles are sold in quarter pound increments.
Here at the Dillsboro Chocolate Factory we make a wide range of chocolates, truffles and fudge including the ever popular Dark Chocolate Turtles. We start off with a square of soft caramel, add fresh pecans to it then add it to a Turtle mold filled with 58.5% dark chocolate. The Turtles can be ordered in quarter pounds increments or in bulk per your needs.

Established in 1998 in the heart of North Carolina's Great Smoky Mountains, the Dillsboro Chocolate Factory creates fine hand crafted chocolates, truffles and great fudge. We use the finest ingredients in our products and our single bean (single source) Venezuelan chocolate is just the starting point for our tasty treats. Our milk chocolate is 41.5% cacao, our white chocolate is 32% coco butter and our dark chocolate is either 58.5% or 70% single bean cacao.
