We start off with a Snyder's thick and crunchy Old Tyme Pretzel and enrobe it with El Rey Venezuelan single bean dark chocolate (58.5% cacao). The best of North America meets the finest of South America in a sweet, salty and crunchy sensation.

Established in 1998 in the heart of North Carolina's Great Smoky Mountains, the Dillsboro Chocolate Factory creates fine hand crafted chocolates, truffles and great fudge. We use the finest ingredients in our products and our single bean (single source) Venezuelan chocolate is just the starting point for our tasty treats. Our milk chocolate is 41.5% cacao, our white chocolate is 32% coco butter and our dark chocolate is either 58.5% or 70% single bean cacao.
