About The Product
These tasty morsels are made using only the finest couverture quality chocolate and premium dried fruit. Each dried blueberry center is double coated in blends of pure white, milk and dark chocolate.
Dilettante's Blueberry Dragees in Premium Chocolate take the sweetness of high-quality chocolate and combine it with tart dried blueberries. A dragee is generally a colorful covered candy that is harder on the outside and softer on the inside. Our blueberry dragees are all natural dried blueberries coated with a blend of high-quality milk and dark chocolate. The final, outer coating is made of pure white chocolate that has been colored to a beautiful, deep blue hue. When you bite into one of these yummy morsels you get a firm textured, semisweet chocolate followed by a chewy, fruity blueberry center bursting with flavor. Indulge in these tasty morsels for a chocolate experience you won't soon forget. Dilettante's chocolate covered blueberries are made in our special revolving kettles that cover each individual berry with two smooth, even chocolate coats. At Dilettante, we are dedicated to creating superior products. All of the gourmet chocolates are made with pure, natural ingredients to create rich-tasting, high-quality goods. In making our chocolate blueberries we use premium quality white, milk and dark chocolate along with delicious Pacific Northwest blueberries.
