Starting with our most popular bar, pistachio brittle and sea salt features 70% dark chocolate sprinkled with sea salt and topped with chopped bits of fresh, hand-made pistachio brittle. Our roasted almond bar include dark chocolate with sliced, fresh roasted almond on top. Our unique citrus bar features fresh orange slices which are candied to perfection and set on top of 70% dark chocolate to form a incredible combination. Red raspberry wine is locally sourced to form a ganache filling for our red raspberry wine bar. Our pumpkin seed & chili bar is an amazing combination of fresh roasted pumpkin seeds topping a 70% dark chocolate bar and finished with chili powder for a pleasant kick. Our cocoa nib bar includes our dark chocolate bar topped by cocoa nib bits that will please any chocolate lover. Our latest bar, features an interesting blend of 70% dark chocolate, crushed Italian Taralli which incorporates a Tuscan pepper for a spicy addition, and sprinkled with Sicilian sea salt.
