This is my go-to chocolate, my favorite, dark, bitter, intense, with a nice fruity and peppery aftertaste, the one I use on most truffles, and for the chocolate bars. It's just a thin piece of excellent dark chocolate individually wrapped in a cello bag . Size is 3x1.5 inch.
