These pralines are an amazing, double delicious chocolate/hazelnut combo. Crushed, crispy, crepe-like tuile cookies and toasted hazelnut praline are folded in to a fine Spanish milk chocolate, molded and dipped in dark chocolate.

Box measures 4 x 7.5 x 2.5 inches and contains 16 pralines.

As classmates at the prestigious Institute of Culinary Education (I.C.E.) in New York City, three bakers earned the nickname “Three Tarts.” The moniker stuck even after graduation, and when Marla D’Urso decided to open her Chelsea bakery + boutique in 2006, she knew there were no better pastry chefs to call upon than Sandra Palmer and Kiyomi Toda-Burke.
