A taste of the tropics all around as chocolate and rum are both tropical creations. Now they come together in a great tasting treat. We start off with our white chocolate ganache and infuse Malibu Black Coconut Rum with a touch of pineapple juice and pina colada mixer. We then top the shooter with a touch of toasted coconut.
Here at The Dillsboro Chocolate Factory we took our delicious ganache we make for our truffles and infused a touch of alcohol/liquor to create a smooth dreamy treat we call shooters. We fill a delicious Belgian chocolate toasting cordial cup with the shooter ganache creating a single bite sensation. Shooters are packaged in 4, 8, and 15 count boxes. Each Shooter contains less than 3% alcohol by volume. Established in 1998 in the heart of North Carolina's Great Smoky Mountains, the Dillsboro Chocolate Factory creates fine hand crafted chocolates, truffles and great fudge. We use the finest ingredients in our products and our single bean (single source) Venezuelan chocolate is just the starting point for our tasty treats. Our milk chocolate is 41.5% cacao, our white chocolate is 32% coco butter and our dark chocolate is either 58.5% or 70% single bean cacao. Our line of original hand rolled Smoky Mountain Truffles has the basics and then some unique truffle's like our famous spicy Tail of the Dragon......
