Graham crackers are great by themselves, but add our smooth El Ray milk chocolate and you have a snack sensation. Each Gramham Cracker is dipped in Milk Chocolate then drizzeld with either White or Dark Chocolate. Sold in quarter pound increments.

Established in 1998 in the heart of North Carolina's Great Smoky Mountains, the Dillsboro Chocolate Factory creates fine hand crafted chocolates, truffles and great fudge. We use the finest ingredients in our products and our single bean (single source) Venezuelan chocolate is just the starting point for our tasty treats. Our milk chocolate is 41.5% cacao, our white chocolate is 32% coco butter and our dark chocolate is either 58.5% or 70% single bean cacao.
