About The Product
Our milk chocolate is the best we can buy, we have chosen a Belgium chocolate for the smooth and creamy flavor. To add to the wonderful flavor of our ganache we toasted the freshest pistachios and so now you have the best of two worlds, enjoy! Our truffles are made one at a time and they are the freshest we can provide for your pleasure.
Cathy's Sweets
Cathy's Sweets has been hand making unique Venezuelan and Belgium chocolates since 2008. Our small commercial chocolate kitchen is nestled in the hill country just west of San Antonio,TX. Our menu is centered around our unique hand made chocolate truffles, we hand roll, temper and dip each little jewel as though they are made for our "chocoholic" of the day. Many of our flavors are centered around the Texas Wine Country and our love of spicy flavorings that are so complimentary to our chocolates whether they are bittersweet, milk chocolate or white.
