



Mocha Coffee Chocopologie Bar
Fritz Knipschildt opented the 'Chocopologie Cafe' in the fall of 2005. This Cafe and chocolate workshop has inspired Fritz to create a unique set of chocolate bars. These bars capture the essence of the'Chocopologie Cafe', a perfect place to escape from the everyday to renew the mind, body, and spirit. Each bar is made with a single bean chocolate from a specific region of the globe, which is truly unique being that most chocolates have a blend of cocoas from all over the world. For our Mocha chocolate 'Chocopologie' bar, we have chosen a 43% Venezuelan Criollo & Trinitario single bean milk chocolate which on its own has a strong cocoa taste with an accent of vanilla and caramel. We then add a deliciously aromatic mocha coffee from Yemeni Port to compliment the flavor notes inherent in the chocolate for a truly smooth and sultry chocolate experience.
