One half pound of our handmade vegan cashew brittle is packaged in a beautiful gold gift box accented with a pastel Mother's Day ribbon. Ingredients: Dark Chocolate: cocoa mass, sugar (non-bone char process) cocoa butter, emulsifier E322 soy lecithin, vanilla. Brittle: Cashews, Coconut milk, brown sugar (non-bone char process), organic coconut oil, corn syrup, vanilla, sodium bicarbonate, salt, lecithin (soy).
