A ½ lb of this gourmet vegan toffee is packaged in a beautiful gold gift box accented with colorful Mother's Day bow. Ingredients: Dark Chocolate: cocoa mass, sugar (non-bone char process) cocoa butter, emulsifier E322 soy lecithin, vanilla. Chocolate Inspirations is a mother/daughter owned specialty chocolate “mom” shop located in Roselle, IL. In 1992 Pam Vieau (the mom) traded a batch of cookies for her first chocolate machine and with her homemade English Toffee recipe opened Chocolate Inspirations, Inc.
