The Lazy Baker recipes are inspired by the endless hours I enjoyed in my grandma's kitchen. Nanny was a superb European baker from Czechoslovakia who taught me how to transform simple, quality ingredients into delectable homemade treats.When I was a little girl, I always looked forward to making cookies with Nanny. However, I didn't really enjoy the preparation, precision and time it took to get started.
