Organic Coconut Balls - made with organic Neufchatel cheese (lower fat version of cream cheese), organic coconut, dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with organic coconut on top. Very rich and creamy. If you love coconut, you'll love these organic coconut balls made from 100% organic ingredients. Adapted from a Smith Family Coconut Egg recipe from Kirby's childhood. Packaged in our Simply Chocolate White or Brown Box.
If you or someone you know, love coconut, you'll LOVE these totally Organic Coconut Balls. This truffle has a creamy center made with organic Neufchatel cheese. Neufchatel cheese is a lower fat version of cream cheese. Also includes a bit of vanilla extract and of course - lots of organic coconut. The center is dipped in luscious dark chocolate and sprinkled with more organic coconut. Donna's husband Kirby Smith makes these coconut balls from a family recipe. These coconut balls will melt in your mouth!
