Developed by customer request for the holidays - this bark is great all year round! Includes organic, rich, dark chocolate with organic dried cranberries & roasted chopped organic almonds! A great gift idea for anyone who likes fruit with their nuts! You get two 'bars' that break up into bite-sized pieces! Bars are generously sprinkled with both chopped dried cranberries & chopped roasted almonds! Truly a great kick-off for the holiday season - or for anytime! Great for those with peanut, soy, gluten allergies or vegans!
One of our favorite customers requested this a couple of years ago at the holidays. "Can you make Cranberry Almond Bark?" We said "Yes," and set out to make a delicious bark that combines organic dark chocolate, organic dried & chopped cranberries, & organic chopped roasted almonds. Our customer was delighted! She's ordered this several times since, and word began to spread! This bark is great year-round for a gift idea, a snack or a way to get your 'daily' chocolate in a new and interesting way. Comes in two 'bars' generously sprinkled with cranberries and almonds. A great gift idea for those with peanut, soy or gluten allergies! A wonderful & delicious idea for vegans as well!

Perusing a gift catalog (the ones you throw away), Donna Smith found a little gadget that melts chocolate. It looked fun! In early 2007, Donna made a lot of chocolates and GAVE them away!
