Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the outer dark chocolate shell is a bit hard & doesn't melt quickly in your mouth. This prevents one to really taste the rich chocolate flavor. Organic Non-Dairy Dark Chocolate Truffles - made from entirely organic ingredients, including a non-dairy organic creamer and an organic vegetable spread. Our NEW LOOK! Totally dark chocolate with a "D" on top to fit in better with our Vegan Truffle Assortment, and to signify it's "D"ark. Packaged in our Everyday Elegance Gold Box.
For all our vegan friends and those with dairy allergies - we have a rich and creamy dark chocolate center with a dark chocolate shell, with a NEW LOOK! We put a big "D" on top, for 'dark.' How do we make it non-dairy? We use a non-dairy organic creamer and a non-dairy totally organic vegetable spread. Both of these are immulsed with rich dark chocolate. Our neice Katie has been dairy sensitive for nearly half her life. We give these truffles to her for birthday or Christmas and she knows she won't have to worry about her stomach hurting. She knows she won't even have to take LactAid when she bites into these dark chocolate truffles.
