I absolutely loved this dark chocolate! I have always been more partial to dark chocolates than milk chocolate, and I have to say that this is one of the best darks I've ever tasted. It straddled the line between bitter and sweet perfectly, and the flavor was so rich that I could immediately tell that it had been made from local ingredients. You just don't get that...

Pacari selects the finest organic cacao beans from the Los Rios region of Ecuador. The beans are infused the aromas of the lush tropical forests where the cacao is grown. The Los Rios bar has strong upfront cacao with notes of fruit blossoms and a subtle finish of guanabana.
