A delicious peanut butter cookie baked on a pretzel rod, hand painted with Ghirardelli milk chocolate, then coated with chopped peanuts! Ooh La La! Takes the peanut butter cup taste into the next dimension. Fun to eat. A cookie lollypop for the kid in all of us. The Galactic Cookie Company is home to THE ORIGINAL COOKIE PRETZEL and our latest, THE COOKIE PRETZEL POP! We are a small, artisan chocolate cookie company located in rural Wisconsin. We use only pure Ghirardelli chocolate, no extenders. Our cookie doughs are our own signature triple chocolate butter cookie, butter cookie or peanut butter, chocolate chip. Our butter comes from our local creamery and our eggs are from the local Amish. Our caramel is our homemade Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla or 60% Cacao caramel, and we use a variety of nuts or coconut, and candy.
