About The Product
For a change from sea salt, Himalayan pink salt offers a nice touch of color and floral minerality.
In my search for the perfect white chocolate bar, it's another friend who asked me to make this, custom with Pistachio. The results are creamy and rich and again not too sweet, so good I included it in the collection.
BitterHeart Chocolates
Hand-made in small batches combining fine dark and white Belgian chocolate with luscious fillings using spirits, organic nuts, fruits, spices from local markets or imported, BitterHeart collection focuses on intense chocolates combined with flavors who rhyme with pleasure such as Cognac, Coffee, Absinthe, Tequila, Chilies, and glitter at times. The truffles vary with the seasons, and may be vegan and must be consumed within a month.Features
