Our Pomegranate Truffles contain a ganache infused with pomegranate juice inside a dark chocolate coat.
Enough to tempt Persephone into becoming the Queen of Hades, succulent pomegranate seeds have long been used by the people of Europe and Asia, but pomegranates are new to American cuisine. Both mildly sweet and mildly tart, pomegranate goes together perfectly with the subtle savory bitterness of dark chocolate. Our Pomegranate Truffles contain a ganache infused with pomegranate juice inside a dark chocolate coat.
