I bought this to make hot chocolate and mochacinnos. When it arrived, I ate a little plain just to sample it. OMG! Just wonderful. Not at all bitter. Just mellow. OK, I ate more than a little. :-} I wonder what it would be like melted, with a shot of espresso added? I plan to find out. I'd bet it will be wonderful.
