The Raw 100 % cacao bar offers an intense chocolate experience with upfront flavors of unroasted organic cacao from the rainforest of Ecuador, and hints of fruit and spice and slight acidity. Using unroasted beans and an intricate process. A treat for cacao enthusiasts and health-concious consumers alike. Ingredients: organic cacao beans, organic sunflower lecithin.
In Pacari raw chocolate, all of the ingredients are minimally processed and kept at low temperatures to maintain the antioxidants and complex flavor profile of the natural cacao. Cacao is one of the richest sources of antioxidants and flavonoids, and the raw chocolate process ensures that the maximum amounts of these compounds are maintained in the final product.
