In Pacari Raw chocolate, all of the cacao ingredients in are minimally processed and kept at low temperatures to maintain the antioxidants and complex flavor profile of the natural cacao. Cacao is one of the richest sources of antioxidants and flavonoids, and our raw chocolate process ensures that the maximum amounts of these compounds are maintained in the product.
