These one of a kind truffles are made with our 72% origin chocolate. The ganache chocolate is intense but tart with an amazing taste!
These dark chocolate truffles first begin with the highest quality cocoa bean. With great care, we not only dip the creamy chocolate ganache into the 72% dark chocolate but we go a second time around resulting in an intense and tart flavorful Marsatta dark chocolate truffle. When ready the truffle is then decorated with white chocolate thin lines. A must have for all chocolate connoisseurs that love an orginal white chocolate with razzberry flavored ganache. Raspberries not included!
