These truffles are absolutely the very best I have ever had. I will order them again. However, they should probably be ordered for overnight delivery as they were beginning to get very soft and the enclosed frozen packs were completely melted.

Good Dark Chocolate Flavor. Thick chocolate skin, with bittersweet flavor. Probably hand dipped. Ganache has smooth texture, good mouth feel. Best served a bit above room temperature.
