About The Product
Exclusive, decadent, artisan made Roasted Almond Vanilla Bean Toffee. Each batch of our thick Roasted Almond Vanilla Bean toffee is made with mounds of freshly roasted hand cracked California almonds, real dairy butter, and hand scraped vanilla beans. Each batch is then cut into exacting squares and hand dipped in a premium 54% dark chocolate; then bagged for a unique European look. Each toffee piece has a "courtesy tip" so you can hold your special confection without getting chocolate on your fingers.
We use only the very best delicate Tahitian vanilla beans in all of our products. Tahitian vanilla beans are used in delicate confections and desserts and are some of rarest beans in the world. They impart a beautiful floral overtone and fragrance to every confection they touch. Though very expensive on the gourmet market as a stand-alone ingredient, we believe that Tahitian vanilla beans are worth every penny.
