Cake Pops, by TC Pops: Our award winning Rum Cake blended with our rum-infused buttercream frosting, dipped in Ghirardelli® Chocolate and topped with our in house roasted pecans.
Rum Pa Pum Pum! Our Rum Pecan cake pops start with our homemade rum cake (from scratch), using quality ingredients like organic flour and Eggland's Best® eggs - and of course, premium quality rum.
Then we blend the rum cake with our rum-infused buttercream frosting (made with real butter, not shortenings).
Hand dipped in Ghirardelli® Chocolate, and topped with our in house, oven roasted pecans.

At TC Pops, we specialize in creating premium level Cake Pops. In fact, we take cake pops to a whole new level:All of our cake pops begin as cakes made from scratch (never box mixes). We also make all of our flavor-infused buttercream frosting with real butter (not shortenings). Blending our gourmet flavored buttercream into our cakes to create a truffle-like consistency, we then hand dip them in Ghirardelli® Chocolate.
We could have stopped there - but we didn't! We then top our cake pops with high quality toppings, like our very own hand zested, candied lemon and orange......
