The San Francisco Landmark Collection Tins feature the sights and locations that make "The City by the Bay" one of the most beautiful cities in the world. This special collection contains three signature tins showcasing our most popular images: a Cable Car, The Golden Gate Bridge, and Lombard Street. All three tins contain 3.5 oz. each of our creamy, delicious milk chocolate drops.
At the turn of the 20th century, there were 600 cable cars running on eight lines and 110 miles of track. Despite extensive damage inflicted by the 1906 earthquake, cable cars still clang their way up and down hills, depositing delighted visitors and savvy locals to their San Francisco destinations.
The red-hued Golden Gate Bridge is probably San Francisco's most recognizable landmark. Completed in 1937, the Golden Gate Bridge was built to withstand gale-force winds as well as strong currents and almost 100,000 vehicles cross it every day.
Lombard Street, created in the 1920's to navigate the 40-degree slope of Russian Hill, is known as "The Crookedest Street in the World." Beautifully landscaped gardens co-exist peacefully with tortuous hairpin turns, creating a photogenic vista unique to San Francisco.
