The harmony produced when chocolate, caramel, and salt get together. The surfaces of these dark caramels feature a salty spectrum of various textures, colors, and even shapes. A 9-piece box includes all of these distinct salts: Cyprus Flake Sea Salt- This soft, subtle white salt is easily identified by its pyramidal shape, recalling its Mediterranean roots. Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt - A traditional red, Hawaiian salt, coarse grained and flavorful, hulas across the length of the caramel, providing a true Aloha experience. Hiwa Kai Hawaiian Sea Salt - Large, coarse, and distinctly charcoal-hued, this beautiful Hawaiian salt is sprinkled breezily across the surface of the caramel. Fluer de Sel Sea Salt- With a mild flavor and crisp texture, the French salt graces our caramels in a soft cluster belted across the center of the caramel. Himalayan Pink Salt - Marked by the soft pink tint, this course salt is hand-mined deep in the Himalayan Mountains and scattered lightly over the surface. Chili Verde - Don't underestimate this fine-grained, dark-roasted chili salt, which is clustered on the end of the caramel to give a blast of flavor. Lime Fresco Sea Salt - Strong but not too tart, this is a coarse salt and has a subtle lime color and is sprinkled playfully across the surface of the caramel. Matcha (Green Tea) Sea Salt - This fine-powered has a distinctive tea-green hue. Bunched in the center of the caramel, it's a tea ceremony for one. Vintage Merlot Sea Salt - With a grape tint, this salt poured in a long band along the surface of the caramel, results in a lovely bouquet for any palate.
