Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt - A traditional red, Hawaiian salt, course grained and flavorful, hulas across the length of the caramel, providing a true Aloha experience. Hiwa Kai Hawaiian Sea Salt - Large, course, and distinctly charcoal-hued, this beautiful Hawaiian salt is sprinkled breezily across the surface of the caramel. Fluer de Sel Sea Salt- With a mild flavor and crisp texture, the French salt graces our caramels in a soft cluster belted across the center of the caramel.
