this is the best chocolate for a chocolate fountain. Darker than milk, but not too dark. Seriously creamy! We have used it twice for breakfast chocolate fondue (a favorite for kid's birthday breakfast!) with strawberries, pineapple, bananas, pancakes and french toast. Even chocolate covered bacon!

I melted some of these yummy dark chips and dipped candied orange peel into it, and *WOW*, it took me back to my childhood and the luscious chocolate-covered peel that my Dad used to get me from an independent confectioner. I imagine that this product would be fantastic in a chocolate fountain, although I intend to use it for fruit dipping and fondue. YUMMMMM!
