About The Product
100% Pure Belgian Milk Fondue Chocolate. Special recipe that works perfect for chocolate fountains and fondue pots. Can also be used for baking. Products comes in 2 2lb bags of chips. Ingredients are Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla. Minimum Cocoa 37.2%.
Sephra pure Belgian Milk couverture chocolate contains 38.5% of cocoa. This is our original specially formulated couverture chocolate developed for use by commercial chocolate fountain operators and for home use chocolate fountains. Made from all natural ingredients and kosher certified, it contains NO hydrogenated oils or substituted vegetable fats. Sephra Belgian Chocolate is the highest quality chocolate for use in chocolate fountains. Sephra's chocolate fountain chocolate is packaged in 2 lb. bags convenient for portion control and for better product shelf life.
