chocolate has great flavor and texture ,i wouldnt recomend melting it in the bowl it didnt work well for me .also you may need to add a little oil to give it a boost ..

I was able to use this with my Sephra Chocolate fountain...the clean up was easy...I used this with strawberries ..I liked the flavor but I think I should have used a dark chocolate ...just alittle too sweet for my taste but I like a dark chocolate

About The Product
Sephra Milk Fondue Melts are perfect for candy making, baking and chocolate fountains. Designed to harden faster when removed from heat, Sephra Melts are ideal for chocolate fondue, candy chocolates and more.
Sephra Milk Chocolate Fondue Melts is specially formulated for use in chocolate fountains and by confectioners who wish to have a chocolate coating that will harden quickly when molding or dipping food items. Sometimes referred to as a compound coating, it is made of similar ingredients as chocolate, however compound coatings contain greater than 5% vegetable fat substituted for traditional cocoa butter that is found in chocolate. Compound coatings also are made with cocoa powder instead of chocolate liquor. Confectioners often prefer compound coating due to its economical cost and since it does not require tempering as do cocoa butter based chocolate products.
Microwavable packaging. No oil or extra ingredients needed, Fountain Ready. Sets quickly on coated items-no tempering required! Also great for candy-making.
Contains two (2) 2lb bags
Ingredients: Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, Cocoa Powder, Skim Milk Powder, Whole Milk Powder, Demineralized Whey, Soya Lecithin (an emulsifier), Salt, Vanillin (artificial flavor).
Allergen Info:May contain traces of nuts. Kosher Dairy.
