The chocolate had a nice adhering quality to the fruit and cookies, not runny. Thank you - we will order again.

Couverture Dark chocolate ready to use for any chocolate fountain. Just melt and use. 58% Cocoa, great tasting. Can also be used for baking. Pack includes 2-2lb bags of chocolate chips. Ingredients are Sugar, Chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla extract.
