Jensen Candy Company stems from a long rich heritage of family traditions and experience in the gourmet chocolate business. The president and owner of the company, Steven C. Jensen, started making chocolate fudge at the age of 8 back in 1958. Instead of a lemonade stand, Steve sold his home made fudge on street corner in Salt Lake City, Utah. Later, as a teenager, Steve worked for the Fernwood Candy and Ice-Cream Company where he learned the art of making fine chocolates.
