Our sinful 59% couverture chocolate surrounds a very generous helping of delicious marzipan. These almonds are from Europe, ground and lightly sweetened. You will notice the difference in taste.
Dorado Chocolates
Dorado's Artisan chocolates are crafted by Ken Kossoudji, a Parisian trained pastry chef. Chocolates and the culinary arts are a strong part of his large family. His Grandmother, a pastry chef for 40+ years, originally inspired him to create his chocolates. AAA Via Magazine called them exquisite. Chosen Best of Reno and Best of Nevada County, CA in 2010.
