The Sizzling Bacon Bar is a chocolate bar that was inspired by trips to state fairs, where as a child, our chef enjoyed chocolate dipped bacon. In order to satisfy his adult taste buds, he started the bar off with a dark 41% Venezuelan milk chocolate and blended it with apple wood smoked bacon, smoked and french sea salt and for the child in all of us, popping candy, which gives you the efffect that the bacon is sizzling in your mouth. This bar has won many awards, including "Best Flavored Bar" at the San Francisco Chocolate Salon. It also also made appearances on The Today Show, CBS Early Show, Extra!, and Fox & Friends.

Our chocolate company was started by our chef Christopher Michael Wood in 2005. Christopher started his culinary career as a savory chef, so his vision is to combine fresh savory and sweet ingredients together, to give you an unexpected, but delicious experience. We use the finest ingredients available, including single origin Venezuelan chocolate, cream from a California dairy and fresh grown herbs & produce from local growers. We're continuously looking for superior and fair traded ingredients for our chocolates.
