I really enjoyed these fresh fruit dreams chocolates. The fruit fillings looked and tasted very fresh. For example, the raspberry tasted just like a chocolate covered fresh raspberry. The chocolates were on my door step before I even knew it... (in fact I received an e-mail alerting me of this before I had discovered the package personally). Surprise... there they were... just as the e-mail had stated. The box was so beautifully wrapped in gold foiled paper that I had use a razer blade to carefully trim the paper off without ripping it. These were delicious. good texture and taste. However, I do not consider them strictly "cremes". Several of them contained nuts. This was not necessarily a bad thing, just unexpected.

Prior to the opening in 1981, our founding chocolatier spent nearly a decade training with the finest chocolatiers in the world.
