About The Product
These, limited edition St. Patrick's Day chocolates--made with an award winning California sparkling wine and fine dark chocolate, are considered by many to be the finest "Champagne Truffles" made. Each chocolate is individually hand-made to order.
We make our Champagne chocolates with a locally sourced award winning sparkling wine and the finest Belgian and American dark chocolates. The winemaker, whose son was born on St. Patrick's Day, asked us to add some shamrocks to the already popular "champagne truffles" that we make for his winery. They looked so good that we decided to make these available in a limited quantity to others. These chocolates are all hand-dipped to order and we think are the finest "champagne truffles" available.

Our experience and background in food and visual arts allows us to create something new in the world of chocolates. We develop all of our own unique flavors and designs. Each piece is either hand-dipped or hand-molded to order.All of our chocolates are lovingly made fresh, by hand, piece by piece.
