We make our Champagne chocolates with a locally sourced award winning sparkling wine and the finest Belgian and American dark chocolates. The winemaker, whose son was born on St. Patrick’s Day, asked us to add some shamrocks to the already popular “champagne truffles” that we make for his winery. They looked so good that we decided to make these available in a limited quantity to others. These chocolates are all hand-dipped to order and we think are the finest "champagne truffles" available.
