In 1988 we started baking and selling a unique line of 100% sugar-free desserts. These guilt-free goodies were an instant hit with dessert lovers who wanted or needed to restrict their intake of sucrose. Many people asked us if we couldn't make chocolate the same way. Finally, we have been able to apply that knowledge, together with the artistry of Choclatique to create Sweet Deceit by Choclatique. Sweet Deceit is a blend of fine cacao beans, roasted with the same care and attention as our Choclatique cacao beans. We subtly sweeten Sweet Deceit chocolate with Maltitol. Sweet Deceit chocolates are available in solid milk or dark chocolate, chocolate and nuts, and fresh cream and European butter ganache truffles--all 100% sugar-free. They are smooth, creamy and delicious with no unpleasant after-taste. We encourage you to compare these Authentically American flavors with our Choclatique originals. You won't believe they're really sugar-free! The dark chocolate selections have 50% Cacao while the milk chocolate ones have 43%.
