In 1988 we started baking and selling a unique line of 100% sugar-free desserts. These "guilt-free goodies" were an instant hit with dessert lovers who wanted or needed to restrict their intake of sucrose. Many people asked us if we couldn't make chocolate the same way. Finally, we have been able to apply that knowledge, together with the artistry of Choclatique to create Sweet Deceit by Choclatique.
