Coco's Chocolate Café opened in the heart of The Highlands in Louisville, Kentucky in 2007. Owner and chocolatier Fred Moore trained at Ecole Chocolate out of Vancouver, British Columbia. He then trained with master chocolatiers including Danielo Vestri, Simone deCastro, and Paul DeBondt in and around Florence, Italy. Fred received the 2009 Best of Louisville award for "Best Chocolate Fix" by Louisville Magazine and has received numerous write-ups in local papers.
