We use 17 different varieties of premium beans harvested from around the world in the making of our dark chocolate which contains 64% cacao mass. All of our luscious dark chocolates are hand-decorated and enrobed in our rich, bitter-sweet, yet fruity dark chocolate couverture. Selections include Almond Nougat, Key West Lime Pie, Tahitian Vanilla Caramel and Chocolate Dipped Strawberry.
