About The Product
These are a traditional Italian treat! A not too sweet, intense chocolate flavored cookie with chopped walnuts and dark rum.
What an Italian treat! Our handed down recipe from Gramma Salerno, is a not too sweet but intensely chocolate cookie made with chopped walnuts, dark rum and Ghirardelli chocolate. These are for the discriminating chocolate lover. Perfect with a cup of coffee or espresso. Over the top with a glass of red wine.

The Galactic Cookie Company is home to THE ORIGINAL COOKIE PRETZEL and our latest, THE COOKIE PRETZEL POP! We are a small, artisan chocolate cookie company located in rural Wisconsin. We use only pure Ghirardelli chocolate, no extenders. Our cookie doughs are our own signature triple chocolate butter cookie, butter cookie or peanut butter, chocolate chip. Our butter comes from our local creamery and our eggs are from the local Amish. Our caramel is our homemade Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla or 60% Cacao caramel, and we use a variety of nuts or coconut, and candy.
