Dark chocolate ganache made with organic coconut milk instead of organic cream, steeped in the same chai inspired spices as our regular Chocolate Chai Spice truffles, then enrobed in dark chocolate with a light dusting of ground cinnamon.

Decadent chocolate ganache made from dark chocolate, organic coconut milk and organic coconut butter, then enrobed in dark chocolate and topped with a sprinkling of shredded coconut.

Deep dark chocolate ganache made with organic coconut milk gets a shot of Fair Trade organic espresso, then enrobed in dark chocolate and topped with a roasted espresso bean.

**PLEASE NOTE: Our large dessert truffle "balls" are similar to traditional "French truffles", in which the ganache centers are made with fresh organic heavy cream (coconut milk for vegan). While the high cream (or coconut milk) content makes our truffles a truly rich and decadent treat, it also makes them perishable with a limited shelf life. We recommend refrigerating them within 2-3 days upon receipt if not consumed. If refrigerated, our truffles will remain fresh for up to 7 days.
